Admissions and Registration

The qualifications for new students are as follows:

  1. Satisfactory completion of all application forms and fees.

  2. A satisfactory personal interview with the administrator for parent and student. (Bring current report card and latest test scores if applicable)

  3. References requires for all students from the last school/daycare attended (if applicable), including behavior and payment history. (FCA does not admit students who have been expelled from another school.)

  4. Satisfactory results on placement tests if applicable.

  5. K5 students must be 5 years old by September 15th.

  6. Agree to comply with policies and procedures of Family Church Academy.

  7. The office must have a copy of the following paperwork:

    1. Completed Registration Packet click link to download  K-5 - 6th  7th - 10th

    2. Current Immunization Record

    3. Birth Certificate issued by state of birth

    4. Transcript material information (former school’s address and telephone numbers)

    5. Most recent report card and SAT scores

    6. Picture of child (ren) and parent. (Picture can be taken at interview.)

Academy Payment Schedule

*Entrance fees are the same for all children regardless of the number of children.

*Multiple Child discounts are for Academy-aged children (only K5-10th)

Tuition, entrance fees and all other fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

 

 

 

 

To reserve availability for your child for the 2008-2009 school year, one half of the entrance fee ($225) plus applicable paperwork is due immediately. The rest of the entrance fee and the first month’s tuition is due by Open House.
