Admission Requirements For New Students

A student is admitted to Family Church Academy based on the following:

1.Satisfactory completion of all application forms and payment in full of all fees.

2.According to Arkansas law, Kindergarten students must be 5 by August 15.

3.Interview with parent and student by administration. Current report card and test scores, names and phone numbers of references from previous school including principal are required at this interview.

4.Satisfactory results on placement test, if applicable (grade placement will be determined by administration.)

5.Must provide a copy of current Immunization Record, Birth Certificate, and transcript from former school(s).

6.Agreement to comply with policies and procedures of Family Church Academy.

7.FCA does not admit students who have been suspended or expelled from another school/preschool.

Academy Payment Schedule 2010-2011

Everyone is required to use the preauthorized Automatic Bank Draft Method. For a full explanation of this process, please download the Registration Packet (see link at left). Tuition is split into 10 monthly payments.

* Prices are based on yearly tuition.

*Amount due at registration is entrance fee plus first tuition payment.

*Entrance fees are the same for all children regardless of the number of children.

*First Child is oldest child. Multiple Child discounts are for Academy-age children only (K5-6th).

Extended Care Daily Rate $5.50
Milk $11 per month

All fees and tuition payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
